How a Kalvin event works

  1. Read the note. Each gathering begins with a short context page so attendees can decide whether the subject suits them.
  2. Choose your level of participation. Listening is valid; no attendee is required to disclose personal information.
  3. Share the space. Moderators keep discussion respectful and avoid individual diagnosis or personal claims.
  4. Leave with a question. The aim is reflection and useful connection, not a promised outcome.
  • Bring water, a notebook, and any access request.
  • Do not record another attendee without permission.
  • Contact the team if a venue or format creates a barrier.

What the format makes possible

“A walk gives conversation a natural rhythm.”
“Listening first changes the quality of a room.”
“Local context belongs in wellbeing conversations.”
